More Than Welding

We inspect the vehicle, existing components, mounting points, clearances, damage, intended use, and the specific problem the fabricated part must solve.

Measurement & Planning

Critical dimensions, alignment, movement, suspension travel, drivetrain motion, heat sources, hose and wiring routes, and service access are documented before fabrication begins.

Material Selection

Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, tubing, plate, sheet, fasteners, and welding methods are selected according to strength, weight, corrosion resistance, appearance, and application.

Cutting & Forming

Components are cut, drilled, notched, bent, shaped, and prepared with careful attention to symmetry, edge quality, fitment, and repeatable positioning.

Welding & Installation

Parts are fixtured, tack welded, checked for alignment, finish welded, cleaned, and installed while controlling distortion and protecting surrounding components.

Testing & Final Refinement

Clearance, movement, fastener access, load paths, vibration, heat exposure, and overall appearance are reviewed before the vehicle is returned to service.
